Special conditions
- The child must be Omani
- The child must have a valid ID card or birth certificate
- The child must be under 18 years old
- The child must be a resident of the Sultanate of Oman
- This service requires a PKI ID card for authentication. Please note that MPKI is not supported in the current version.
