This service enables you to get a license for an insurance broker, which allows them to conduct business legally according to the specified standards.

Before you start
- Non-conviction certificate for the founders, members of the board of directors and senior executive management (general manager)
- Certificates and experience of the General Manager according to the requirements of Article (7) of the Insurance Brokers Regulations
- An economic feasibility study approved by one of the consulting offices in the Sultanate
- The company’s employment plan, training and qualification of employees
- A copy of ID card of those authorized to sign
- A copy of the Articles of Association
- A certificate of membership in the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- A certificate of registration in the commercial registry, provided that the activity is limited to insurance brokerage and Certificate of membership in the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- Bank certificate indicating the capital of the company is not less than RO 100,000
