The General Secretariat of the Tender Board, established by Royal Decree No. (86/84), is an independent government institution in the Sultanate of Oman. The Secretariat is responsible for managing and organizing government procurement and tenders, as it works to optimise spending efficiency in government projects, achieve local content targets, and empower national competencies and companies
