Logging into e-services

To access governmental e-services, use one of the following methods:

Method 1: Use ID Card reader device, and follow these steps: 

1.  Go to the institution’s website 
2. Click the “Log in” button
3.  Click the “Log in using your ID Card” button
4.  Insert your card into the card reader device to verify your identity
5.  Enter the 6-digit PIN

The system will automatically recognize you.

Method 2: Using a SIM card that supports PKI

1.  Go to the institution’s website 
2.  Click the “Log in” button
3.  Click the “Log in using your ID Card” button
4.  Enter your phone number
5. You will receive a notification on your phone to verify your identity, and another one with an OTP
6.  Enter the 6-digit PIN of your ID Card

You will receive an SMS confirming the successful verification of your identity.
