Special conditions
- If the applicant is an individual (a university student): a letter from the responsible authority must be attached
- If the applicant is a company: a project assignment letter
- If the applicant is a government entity: no attachment is required
- If the applicant is an individual, company, or government entity: attach the study area in KMZ format
