Special conditions
- Submitting a drainage proposal by a qualified consultant
- If there is a proposal for protection measures outside the land plot boundaries, approval must be obtained from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning
- If the protection proposal includes the construction of a retaining wall, approval must be obtained from the Building Permits Department at Muscat Municipality
