Steps

Special conditions

  • The payment must be completed within 3 months of confirming the reservation
  • The beneficiary must confirm the reservation within 5 days of the initial reservation
  • The beneficiary can’t move between available residential options except by cancelling the initial reservation
  • The beneficiary can reserve, confirm the reservation or view other residential options when making the decision
  • The beneficiary must pay a deposit to reserve the residential land
  • The service is available for those who meet the grant requirements
  • It is not required for your turn to arrive to receive the residential land
  • The land can’t be sold before completing the construction
